Nota negativa il check-in nonostante avessi inviato in largo anticipo (mesi prima) la rooming list completa con tutti i dati dei partecipanti, all'arrivo sono stati comunque richiesti i documenti a tutti gli ospiti, causando una lunga attesa. Abbiamo chiamato per prenotare il 3 novembre e ci hanno detto che non serviva lasciare gli estremi della carta di credito e che avrebbero preso nota della prenotazione. Peccato che dopo aver viaggiato per pi\u00f9 di 1000 km, abbiamo realizzato di non avere una camera perch\u00e9 qualcuno ha dimenticato di prendere nota della prenotazione. Non solo, il personale alla reception con modi provicatori e poco accoglienti ha messo in dubbio che noi avessimo prenotato. Dopo avergli mostrato il registro chiamate, con fare seccato, ci ha comunicato che avevano una stanza ma per solo una notte e che tanto avremmo potuto rivolgerci altrove. Il telecomando televisione non funzionava il copriwater ingiallito e la sala breakfast piccola per il numero di ospiti. Posto caotico e poco accogliente. No interaction and went to our room. Was very hot in the room so when I came downstairs to go out to find somewhere to eat dinner I asked for temp to be lowered. Reception said OK. When we got back they told us only heating available and no cooling - went to too. - temp was 26c - reception said it was not changeable and open the window for cool air!!! Noisy Main Street outside so had that noise all night. Wanted to make a cup of tea in the am - no kettle cups or anything in the room. Bed as hard as nails - bathroom tiny like the room - size of a broom cupboard! Lift goes between floors so you have to walk up and down respectively from it. Cannot believe how awful this place is! Cio\u00e8, cammina al massimo 10 passi, poi deve sedersi perch\u00e8 ha la schiena in pezzi. Quindi mi sono assicurato di avere la camera per disabili. L'unica di tutta la struttura. Arrivato al check-in, stanco dopo 5 ore di viaggio in auto, scopro che la camera era gi\u00e0 stata assegnata a qualcun altro. Cos\u00ec, senza spiegazioni. Nemmeno hanno pensato di dire qualcosa tipo \"Guardi, per farci perdonare le faremo uno sconto\". Foss'anche simbolico. Niente di niente. L'ascensore, cos\u00ec come l'ingresso all'hotel, non ha accesso disabili. C'\u00e8 per\u00f2 una rampa elettrica sulle scale. La prendiamo, aiutati da un dipendente dell'hotel. Dopo 30 secondi, la rampa si blocca, e non c'\u00e8 stato niente da fare: non vi dico le acrobazie di un disabile per riuscire ad uscire da quel trabiccolo e, imprecando, riuscire ad entrare in camera. Wifi? Funzionante a singhiozzo, pi\u00f9 no che s\u00ec. Aria condizionata? C'\u00e8, ma non va. Quantomeno, non in quella stanza. La camera: piccola, troppo piccola anche per chi non ha particolari esigenze di spazio. Ma stiamo parlando di un cavolo di tre stelle, costato quasi 280\u20ac per due sole notti. Non c'\u00e8 assolutamente alcuna proporzione tra la spesa e la qualit\u00e0. Metto due stelle anzich\u00e8 una sola perch\u00e8 il personale comunque \u00e8 stato abbastanza educato e gentile (lo riconosco volentieri), e la posizione dell'hotel \u00e8 ottimale, cio\u00e8 a soli 5-7 minuti di cammino da Piazza Unit\u00e0 d'Italia. Altrimenti ci sarebbe da chiedersi come sia possibile che una stamberga di questo tipo possa ancora rimanere aperta.
